Flutterby Butterfly
Well I don't really have anything interesting to say this week. I'm busy at work, but I definitely don't want to bore you with the details of database administration right? I mean after who's interested in setting up tablespaces, exporting and importing schemas, and maintaining a pre-production test environment, right? And if you are... *looks at you in disbelief*
You seriously know you've been busy when you start to close MSN conversation windows by typing the command "exit" in the chat windows... urgh..
Although something was interesting enough to write about last week, but my lazy gene took over and I never got to write about it, sorry! It was all of the butterflies floating everywhere!
There were hundreds and thousands of them, just flying around, going about their business of flying around while the times were good and sunny. But it was the numbers that astounded me. There were so many that you could take your dog for a walk and choke to death on these insects! Yes, yes, I know now you're giving me looks of disbelief, and no, I didn't choke to death when I walked my dog.
It was probably a sign that consolidated the spring weather, and of course being Melbourne they end up playing the cricket (no pun intended with the insect stuff) under cover in Telstra Dome. So the rest of the week was dull and grey, and dull.
And the weekend doesn't look like it will improve either :( I shall have to find something else to occupy myself while I am indoors. Meanwhile, here are some more pics to brighten up your day!
